Ingredients

Layer the following in a 9x13 buttered pan (you can use “Pam”)

8 slices white bread without crust
2 cups sausage or ham, diced
2 cups grated cheese
8 more slices white bread without crust
2 cups sausage or ham, diced
2 cups grated cheese
8 more slices white bread without crust

Beat together and pour over bread in pan:
6 eggs
½ tsp. salt
3 cups milk
½ tsp. dry mustard

Directions

Put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning make a topping of®Õ 2 cups crushed cornflakes & ½ cup melted butter. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
