The best recipe and easy too.
8 cups hard wheat–grind it in a mill & make the flour.Put 6 cups of HOT water from the tap into mixer.Add 2/3 cup oilAdd 2/3 cup honeyAdd all but 2 cups of flour and mix until soft.Add 2 TBS. dough enhancer–optionalAdd 2 TBS. wheat gluten 1/8 cup salt1/8 cup yeast (heaping)2 TBS. tofu drink mix––optionalMix in the mixer.Add the 2 cups of flour that you did not put in.Add more if needed & mix to the correct consistency.Knead in mixer for 11–12 minutes on #1 on Bosch mixer.Put abt. 1 TBS. oil on counter & spread it around.Put dough on counter & roll into ball and cover and sit for 10 minutes.Put into 5 greased bread pans and let it rise for abt. 1 hour.Bake at 350 degrees for 30–32 minutes.It is soft and wonderful. It freezes well also.
(for old wheat add 1 TBS. wheat gluten to each cup of flour.)
