Ingredients

2 cups hot water
4 cups flour
¼ cup oil
¼ cup honey
½ cup melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. yeast

Directions

Put into mixer hot water and 2 cups of the flour. Stir until well mixed. Add oil, honey, and salt. Mix well again. While still mixing add yeast. Add your last 2 cups of flour and knead for 7–8 minutes. (if you are kneading by hand, you need to knead for about 10–12 minutes.) This will make 4 small loaves (1 regular sized loaf). Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
