2 ¾– 3 ¼ cups flour
1 pkg. yeast or 1 TBS. of yeast
1 cup warm water
2 TBS. oil
Combine the water and yeast together. Add oil. Then add flour as much as the dough can hold. It will be a moderately stiff dough. Knead till smooth and elastic. Divide in half and let rise covered for 10 minutes. Spread corn meal on pizza pan. Spread with fingers to the edge of the pan or you can roll with a rolling pin to desired size & put on pizza pan. Put pizza sauce on dough & then your favorite toppings and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Thicker dough will bake longer.
