One Hour Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

2 ½ cups hot water
2 tsp. salt
4 pkgs. yeast
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
7 cups flour

Directions

Dissolve sugar and salt in hot water. Add beaten eggs, add yeast, slowly add flour. Mix well. Let rise a little. Roll out on generously floured surface. Roll our a 12" x 18" rectangle. Brush with butter & add cinnamon & sugar. Roll up, cut 1" thick with thread. Place on greased baking sheet and bake @ 350 degrees for 12–15 minutes. *Great dinner rolls also! Icing: butter, powder sugar & milk
