Ingredients

4 cups warm water
3 T sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
13–
15 cups flour

Directions

In a glass, add about 1 cup warm water 1 Tbsp sugar and 1 Tbsp. yeast & stir until dissolved and set aside. Mix first 4 ingredients then add glass of yeast mixture and mix. Add flour and mix. Knead and put into a bowl and cover with cloth to rise about 1 ½ hour. Punch down dough and roll large golf ball size dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Makes 24 rolls.
