Ingredients

2 loaves:
2 cups liquid
3 T. sugar or honey
3 T. oil
1 T. salt
1 T. yeast
6 cups flour
Add pwd milk (abt. 4 T.)

3 loaves:
4 cups liquid
½ c. sugar
½ c. oil
2 T. salt
2 T. yeast
12 cups flour
pwd. Milk abt. 5 T.

4 loaves:
6 cups liquid
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
3 T. salt
3 T. yeast
16 cups flour
pwd. Milk abt.6 T.

Directions

In a glass, add about 1/3 c. warm water and yeast & stir until dissolved and set aside. Put warm liquid into bowl. Add sugar, oil, salt, pwd. milk. Add yeast mixture to the liquid. Add flour, mix together and knead. (You can add white and wheat flour in different amounts to vary the type of bread.) Knead to a nice texture. Make into loaves and put in greased pans. Let rise and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
