6 Rhodes White Texas Rolls (completely thawed)
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ cup finely chopped nuts
¼ cup melted butter
Spray a 9" round cake pan with non–stick cooking spray. Mix sugars, cinnamon and nuts together. Cut rolls into four pieces each. Stretch each piece to about 3 inches and dip into melted butter and sugar mixture, coat thoroughly. Put on piece in center of pan, and surround with remaining pieces in a spiral pattern. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 20–25 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Option: This recipe looks attractive baked and served in a 9–inch ceramic tart dish.
