Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 ½ c. sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. allspice
½ tsp. ginger

Directions

Cream butter and add sugar and eggs and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture that has been mixed together. Bake at 400 degrees for 8–10 minutes
