¾ lb Noodles
1 stick plus 1 Tbsp butter
½ Cup finely grated parmesan
2/3 Cup heavy cream
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Cook noodles in salted water. Reserve ¼ Cup cooking water. Thinly slice 3 Tbsp butter, set aside. When pasta is cooked, melt remaining 6 Tbsp butter over low heat. Add pasta and toss to coat. Add cheese, reserved cooking water, cream, reserved butter, salt, pepper and toss to combine well. Sprinkle with additional cheese and serve immediately.
