Dough:
1 TBS. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 ¾ –3 c. flour
Mix water, yeast in the bowl & dissolve. Add sugar, salt, & flour. Mix and knead until smooth. Let rise about 10 minutes. Roll out on floured surface to desired size. Put corn meal on the greased pan and lay the pizza dough on the corn meal. Put pizza sauce, and what ever you like on the pizza. Top with grated mozzarella cheese. Let rise if you want a thicker crust. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10–15 minutes or until done.
