4 ½ c. milk chocolate (1 1/3 lbs.)
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. half & half
1 tsp. vanilla (or mint or almond extract)
Melt chocolate and combine cream and half–and–half. Mix. Take to very hot on stove. Cool to 130 degrees. Mix and drop on wax paper. Dip if desired.
