Chocolate Chip–oatmeal

Ingredients

2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal (blended) (Measure oatmeal & blend in blender to a fine powder)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1–8 oz. Hershey bar (grated)
3 c. nuts chopped

Directions

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs & vanilla. Mix with mixer well. Add flour, oatmeal flour, salt, baking powder & baking soda. Mix well. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar & nuts. Mix. Roll into balls & place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

*Optional: You could add 3 cups of nuts, Kit Kat, Reeses, White Chocolate Chips or any candy bar you like to replace the chocolate chips in this recipe.
