½ Cup butter melted
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 Eggs
½ Cup flour
1/3 C cocoa
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Heat oven to 350. Grease 9inch square pan. Stir butter, sugar, and vanilla in bowl. Add eggs, beat well with spoon. Stir together flour, cocoa, powder and salt, gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Bake 20–25 min. Frost.
BEST BROWNIE FROSTING:
3 Tbsp Butter soft
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 Tbsp corn syrup
½ tsp vanilla
1 Cup powdered sugar
1–2 Tbsp Milk
Beat butter, cocoa, corn syrup and vanilla in small bowl. Add sugar and milk beat to spreading consistency. Makes 1 Cup.
