2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
½ c. melted margarine
2 sq. or 6 TBS. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
½ c. nuts chopped (optional)
Mix the sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Melt the margarine and add the cocoa and mix until smooth. Add the cocoa mixture to the sugar mixture. Add the dry ingredients. Chill the dough. Roll into balls and roll the balls into powdered sugar before baking them. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8–10 minutes.
