Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
4 heaping tsp. unsw. Cocoa
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. melted margarine

Mix these ingredients and put into a greased cake pan. (13x9x2)

In a separate bowl, mix:
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. unsw. Cocoa

Directions

Sprinkle this mixture over the cake in the pan.

Pour 2 ½ cups of hot water over the cake. DO NOT MIX!!!!
It will look like water over the top of the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50–60 minutes. It makes a sauce with the cake as it cooks.
