4 ½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups butter, softened
1 ½ cups brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups chocolate chips
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in pudding, eggs & vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips & nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10–12 minutes. Edges should be golden brown.
