Mexican Wedding Cake Cookies

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 ¼ c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans chopped
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer for 30 seconds. Add half of the flour, sugar, vanilla and 1 TBS. of water and mix. Add the rest of the flour and mix. Add nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Put powdered sugar into a bag and gently put hot cookies in bag and shake gently until covered with powdered sugar. Very good!!
