Truffle Topped Almaredo Brownies

Ingredients

BROWNIE:
Brownie Mix — (add 1 Tbsp. almond extract) make according to package.
Let cool — (in fridge!)

TRUFFLE:
Whip the following 2 ingredients till smooth:
12 oz. Cream cheese
1 cup pwd. Sugar

Add 2 cups melted Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp. (Use 1 Tbsp. for not as strong or possibly ½ Tbsp.)
Whip till smooth
Spread over brownie mix. Chill for 1 hour

TOPPING:
In sauce pan mix:
2 cups whipping cream
1 Tbsp. Margarine
2 cups Choc. Chips
Cook on low heat stirring constantly with a whisk till bubbles appear.

Directions

Put in fridge till cool. Whip after cool and spread on top of brownies, cool again in fridge. Cut into 1–inch squares and then serve.Yummy Yummy!!
