Cherry–coconut Bars

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
6 TBS. powdered sugar

Mix together and press into a 13x9x2 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Directions

Filling:
4 eggs beaten
2 c. sugar
½ c. flour
1 tsp, baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 TBS. vanilla
1 ½ c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. cherries (quartered)

Beat eggs and add sugar and mix. Add flour, baking powder, salt, & vanilla and mix. Add other ingredients and pour over the bottom crust in the pan. Bake for 20 more minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
