1 pkg. orange cake mix (yellow or lemon will work)
1 (4 serving) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
4 eggs
juice of 1 orange
1/3 c. oil
Glaze topping:
2 c. powdered sugar
½ c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. water
Beat cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, orange (juice), water, oil, and orange peel for 2 minutes. Pour into well greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50–60 minutes. Combine glaze topping ingredients and pour over warm (not hot) cake.
