1 c. butter (can use ½ margarine & ½ butter)
½ c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
dash of salt
2 c. sugar
½ c. flour
4 eggs beaten
6 TBS. lemon juice
Powdered sugar to dust on top when cooked
Cream butter & powdered sugar together. Add flour & salt and mix. Press into a 13x9x2 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. Put sugar and flour into a bowl. Add beaten eggs and just mix (do not mix too much). Add lemon juice & mix. Pour over the bottom crust part that is cooked. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until when you shake the pan a little it does not move. Remove from the oven and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Yummy!!!!
