Bring to boil and boil for 7 minutes stirring constantly until rolling boil.
4 ½ c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk

In a separate bowl:
1 (7 oz.) marshmallow crè,me
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
3 pkgs. Chocolate chips (6 cups)
2 or 3 Tbsp. milk
nuts (if desired)

Pour over bowl and stir until chocolate chips melt. Pour in buttered cake pan. 13x19x2.
