Beat eggs in a bowl until light. Add sugar to eggs beating until the mixture thickens. Add the milk and cream and vanilla and salt. Mix and put in the ice cream freezer. Put ice and rock salt around the edge and turn the machine on. ENJOY!!! You can add whatever flavoring or fruit or nuts you would like.
