¾ cup butter or margarine
1 ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
3 cups Quaker oats uncooked
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ tsp. cinnamon (I just use vanilla)
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
Lightly grease cookie sheet with Pam. Combine butter, brown sugar, egg, milk & vanilla in large bowl. Beat with mixer until blended. Combine oats, flour, baking soda. Mix until blended. Stir in raisin & nuts. Drop rounded TBS. of dough 2 inches apart on pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes abt. 2 ½ doz. Cookies.
