Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

1 can of canned chicken or(cook chicken and break in pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of mixed vegetables
½ c. sour cream (if desired) OR ½ c. milk
2 pie crust (store bought or homemade)

Directions

Put piecrust into pie pan, prick with a fork, and bake at 425 degrees for about 8 minutes or until light brown. Put chicken, soup, and vegetables, & sour cream, or milk into a bowl and mix. Pour into pie pan. Put other piecrust on top and make holes for the steam. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until brown. (This is also good with homemade sauce from chicken broth and milk instead of the soup. Direction for this is in the chicken a la king recipe.)
