½ pint (1 c.) heavy whipping cream
½ c. powdered sugar
1–– 3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell (reg. or graham)
Fruit filling
In a bowl, soften cream cheese and mix with an electric mixer. Add powdered sugar. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and fold the cream into the other mixture. Put into a baked pie shell or a graham cracker pie shell. Put in the refrigerator until firm. Serve with fruit topping.
