Ingredients

Make little pie shells (tarts)
½ c. butter 1 c. pecan (chopped)
1 c. sugar 1 c. raisins
¼ c milk 1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs beaten Whipped cream (sweetened)
pinch of salt

Directions

In a saucepan, melt butter, & add sugar, milk, & eggs & salt. Bring to a boil and turn down and cook until thickened. Add pecans, raisins and vanilla to cooked mixture & mix. Pour into pie shells (tarts). Whip heavy cream and sweeten with sugar and put a spoonful on top when served.
