Chicken Broccoli With White Sauce

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts cooked and broken in large pieces
(you can use chicken with bones and debone it.
1–2 bunches of broccoli (cooked)
1 c. chicken broth
¼ c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 ¾ c. milk
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 TBS. orange juice concentrate (not diluted)
Parmesan cheese––grated

Directions

Cook chicken with water to make broth. Use canned broth if you need more. Break into large pieces for casserole. Cook broccoli and put into a 13x9x2 cake pan. Put chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Melt butter in saucepan and add flour. Slowly add milk and broth and cook until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper. Add orange juice. Pour sauce over the top of chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 – 40 minutes.
