2 TBS. flour
1 c. milk
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Take off the burner and add flour and make a paste. Slowly add all the milk until it is smooth. Put saucepan back on the burner and stirring constantly—cook until slightly thickened. If you need more sauce—double the recipe
