½ tsp. salt
2 TBS. milk
1 cup flour
Combine egg, salt and milk and then add flour to make the dough stiff. Roll very thin on a floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up loosely and slice ¼ inch wide. Unroll and spread out and let dry for 2 hours.
Drop into boiling soup and cook uncovered about 10 minutes. Makes about 3 cups of cooked noodles.
