Ingredients

1 ¼ cups milk
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tsp. oil
¼ tsp. baking powder

Directions

Mix and pour onto a greased hot griddle type pan or crepe pan and pour a thin layer and cook on both sides. Add whatever you like to go inside. For dessert: strawberries, cream, raspberries etc. For dinner: meat etc. Roll up and enjoy. For dinner crepes: add ¼ tsp. Salt. For dessert crepes: add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. Sugar.
