In a small bowl, take 1/3 c. flour (¼ c. to 1 crust pie recipe) and mix with water. In a larger bowl, put flour & salt and cut in shortening until fine. Add paste to the flour–shortening mixture. Mix together and roll out on floured surface into pie crust. Put in pie pan. (Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min or until light brown if you need it baked first)
