Ingredients

2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ c. grapenut cereal
raisins if desired

Directions

Scald milk (bring it almost to a boil—very hot–I use the microwave). In a large bowl you can put in the oven, Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, and gradually add the scalded milk and mix together. Add vanilla, raisins & the grape nut cereal. Put the bowl into a pan of hot water and bake in the oven at 325 for about 45 minutes or until when you put a butter knife in the pudding—it comes out clean. Sometimes it takes an hour for larger amounts. It is delicious!!!
