1 tsp. salt 1 c. bean sprouts
1/8 tsp. pepper ¼ carrot slices
water chestnuts
Sauce:
1/3 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Combine ingredients and simmer. Serve over rice or noodles.
