Potatoes (scalloped)

Ingredients

To each quart of sliced potatoes:
1/8 tsp. pepper
onion
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. sugar
1 heaping TBS. flour

Directions

Mix these ingredients together and put into a casserole dish. Pour 1 can of evaporated milk over the potato mixture. Dot with butter. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
