½ Cup real butter
1 Pint heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 Cup fresh grated Parm or Romano cheese
In a sauce pan over med–low heat, melt butter, add cream, garlic powder, and salt and pepper and 2 or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch, simmer for 20–30 min. stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
