4 boneless skinless chicken breast (or canned chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of muchroom soup
1 16 oz. jar Pace Picante Sauce (salsa)
1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1 4.25 oz. can chopped olives
1 small block Velveeta cheese
Mix all ingredients in crock pot except cheese. Cook on low for 2 hours. Add cheese the last half hour and cook on high. Eat with corn chips.
