Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts boneless (cooked)
(you can use canned chicken)
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)–
(can use a homemade chicken white sauce—chicken a la king recipe)
2 c. grated monterey jack cheese
½ small can green chilis
12 flour tortillas

Directions

Break cooked chicken up in small pieces. Add sour cream to the chicken and the soup also. Add the green chilis. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and a little cheese. Roll up and put in a 13x9x2 cake pan. Put the leftover chicken mixture on top with more cheese. Bake 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or microwave for about 10 minutes or until hot. (use a glass dish for the microwave.)
