1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 ½ c. water
¼ tsp. each of paprika & pepper
2 c. rice uncooked
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken & cook until browned. Remove chicken. Add soup, water, paprika & pepper. Stir. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice & broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika & pepper. Cover. Cook on low heat 15–20 minutes or until chicken & rice are cooked through. *For a creamier dish, use 1 ½ c. rice.
