German Pancakes

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 450 degrees––
Place ½ cube margarine in a 9x13x2 in baking pan or glass pie pan and melt in the oven.
Mix:
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
6 eggs
Pinch of salt

Directions

Pour into baking pan and bake 10–12 minutes. Pancake will rise up in oven and fall soon after they come out of the oven.

Homemade Syrup:
On the stove place 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water in a pan. Bring to boil and add 1 tsp of maple flavoring. (You may add coconut or one of your favorite flavorings instead.)
