1 bag frozen tater–tots (semi–thawed)
1 sm/med onion chopped (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers (I use)
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 sticks butter, melted
Blend tater tots, onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, & ½ of the butter. Place in 13x9 pan. Blend the corn flakes/crackers with the remaining butter. Sprinkle onto the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1to 1 ½ hours.
