Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
bread crumbs
1 can evaporated milk
lemon pepper
butter
salt

Directions

Dip raw chicken in milk and then breadcrumbs and layer in casserole dish–– single layer. Sprinkle heavily with lemon pepper. Dot with butter. Pour remaining milk into chicken dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 40–60 minutes.
