1 tsp. garlic
Peel & Rinse:
3 tomatillo tomatoes (cut of tops)
½ red onion
Puree onion & tomatillo.
Puree:
1 jalepeno (take out seeds so its not hot)
Cilantro (1 bunch) – take off ends
Puree: with 3 cans (28 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes.
