Ingredients

5 bags Microwave popcorn popped
1 lb. Brown Sugar
1 Cup Karo Syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter

Directions

Pop popcorn and sort kernels out with bowl. Put the popped corn into an XL bowl and set aside. In Medium pan, bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Take off heat and add milk. Return to a boil. Add butter, stir until melted. Drizzle over popcorn and stir until coated. Lay out on buttered cookie sheets to cool.
