Ingredients

Salsa

Boil:
12–13 tomatillo's (green tomatoes)
3 red tomatoes
5–6 red peppers (dried)

Boil until green tomatoes turn yellowish. Take out the red peppers & 4 or 5 tomatillos & puree in the blender.
Chop a handful of cilantro & 1–3 cloves of garlic really fine.
Save puree to spice salsa up with.
Put the boiled mixture in blender & chop. Add 1 chopped avocado.
Add some of the hot spicy puree mixture.

Guacamole

Cut 4 avocado's & smash
Add:
3 Tbsp. white onion — chopped fine
3 Tbsp. tomatoes — chopped fine
dash of salt
½ Jalapeno pepper — chopped fine

Steak

Slice steak thin
½ white onion — sliced
5 lemons squeezed
2 cloves gar
