1 (12 oz)can evaporated milk
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ Cup water
½ tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 Bag (16oz) Frozen broccoli, carrot
cauliflower mix, thawed
2 cup cubed precooked chicken
1 ½ Cup uncooked instant white rice
½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Combine milk and cream cheese in baking dish with wire whisk until smooth. Add soup, water, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well. Add vegetables, chicken, and rice. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove cover and cover with cheese. Bake another 10–15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
