17 lb max turkey
Breast Down and thawed
1 quart of water
Kikoman Soy sauce
Parsley
Sage
Rosemary
Garlic (4 medium cloves)
Thyme
Salt and pepper
Start on Medium until whistles. Then turn to low. Check after 30 minutes (top should spin) If not return to medium let whistle and then to low again. Might take 3 times. Cook for 6–8 hours. Until the birds starts to crack open
