1st Layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk (beat together &spread in bottom of pie pan)

2nd Layer:
- 1 jar Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch caramel

3rd Layer:
- Skor Toffee Bits
