2/3 c. Minute rice
¼ tsp. salt
¼ c. raisins
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (jell–0)
4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
¼ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Cool Whip
Combine rice, salt, raisins, pudding, milk, sugar, and egg. Cook and stir over medium heat to full boil (8 to 10 minutes). Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes (stirring twice). Add vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir and garnish with Cool Whip.
